Benadryl OMG

Happy Monday,

So yesterday morning I woke up sneezing...so before we left for brunch I took a Benadryl...haha man was that stupid. By the time our food came to the table I was feeling sleepy and just wanted to eat and get to my mothers house and lay down. But when we got there she was in her bed with an ice pack on her head because of a terrible headache....so my husband said lets get going I need to run to Lowe's.....okay fine. I pop off the couch feeling very much drugged and put myself into the jeep.....So badly did I just want to shut my eyes and go to sleep. So we get to Lowe's and I can hardly push the cart.....Kyle had to take it over....once we were done Kinsley wanted to go see her uncle Jesse. So Kyle took me home first so I can rest before a special dinner for his cousin leaving for college. I went right to bed and I felt like I was just laying there for hours.....then Kinsley came home and came right into the room to talk to me and I really didnt respond....then Kyle came in to check on me but not sure if I responded either.....anywho so the day went on and I missed the dinner and most of the day......I layed in bed for hours trying to go back to sleep but I ended up just watching the closing ceremonies of the 2012 London olypmics....I guess I feel asleep after they were over but woke back up at 2 and then 3 and then 4:56 right before my alarm went of to go train my first client of the day.....I got my booty out of bed and went right out side to start getting the area ready for some Kettlebells......( that always makes me feel better), once my client left I went right in the house and cuddle with my hubby....and then got ready for work....My eyes were so puffy and sleeping...Thank goodness for my RE9 anti aging lines eye cream......with out that today I would look like the walking dead.......it sure does lift my bags and feels like it gives me a kick of energy from the citrus smell....also I had to drink a detox tea because I still feel drugged.....so note to self DO NOT TAKE BENADRYL.....but very thankful Arbonne can patch me up today and everyday.....

Oppurtunity's every turn I take

Hello my friends,


Today I started my day with a 5 k all by myself. Just me my running shoes and some sweet music. 60 degree weather and a head full of thoughts. After my run I had boot camp with a bunch of great ladies. They worked so hard and did so well. Once we were done we had an amazing taste testing party with Arbonne's protein shakes. Yummy btw. Next we sat down to talk about nutrition and how easy it can be to change your lifestyle. As I stood in from of 15 awesome ladies I had a thought........ Opportunity is sitting right in from of their eyes..... Now how can I show them that??? I don't want anyone to miss out on what Arbonne can do for their lives. Either it be just using the products and getting healthy or even being a part of my amazing team and share what they have discovered in Arbonne with others.

They don't always see it the first time. It took me one full year and 3 parties before I saw it. And now I just think..... Where would I be now with a full year under my belt.

But I need to push that aside and focus on the present and look toward my future. I have big plans and dreams and I am going to do It with Arbonne. I'm going to own a strength shop and help people move and feel better. Arbonne is my ticket. I will triple my income and I will drive that white Mercedes. I will have an amazing team and I will grow into an amazing women. And I will share this with everybody I know!!!

Even if this doesn't sound like you... Or what you want you may know someone who would love it. Don't pass this up. Share and share. It can't hurt you. It can only help you. My thought is....... time is going to pass no matter what.... I might as well enjoy it and do what makes me happy. I never want to have regrets or have to say WHAT IF I DID DO IT!!!!!......I want to be able to be successful and say what if I hadn't of done this....I would still be working full time 8-5 m-f for a company and making them more money not me......If I work harder I get more for my family and that is what I want.....not to make someone else more money and take time from my family...... Food for thought.

Busy Moms and finding time to workout


Hello all,

I had a request to focus on how busy moms can fit a work out in and find more natural energy. Well that can be a tough one if you mind is set wrong. We have to analyze where our time is spent. Is there any TV time? Is there time spent in front of the computer? Things like that........We need to start small and change the way we live. First and for most sometimes we have to think of ourselves first....a good work out and be achieved in 30 minutes. It’s just choosing the right ones that do the most work and try and burn the most fat. But let’s talk about nutrition. When it comes down to it....what we put in our mouths is going to make a huge impact on that workout you’re trying to squeeze in. Also when it comes to the natural energy we are all so much looking for ….that also plays into our nutrition intake. If we can provide our bodies with what it needs rather than depriving it of all nutrients from chronic fast food stops or boxed meals.....then our body won't have to work over time trying to find them from nothing. It is a fact the America is the most overweight but malnutrient country because there really isn’t much that the FDA regulates when it comes to what is allowed to be placed into our foods. We are slowly being poisoned by preservatives and chemicals....one for example is aspartame....if something says sugar free or diet don't buy it (take the t off of the diet)....most of the time it will have aspartame in it. It causes body and joint pains and creates hunger and you get addicted to it and bring you back to buy more.

Any who....are you catching what I’m throwing at you....? so How do we provide ourselves with healthy fast foods......Dr Oz states we should drink more of our meals.....so I suggest a Healthy shake....Arbonne just so happens to sell a vegan protein too that is fast and ready to go and formulated without....

And if that is not enough you can add things like I do.....I love to put 2 cups of spinach leaves and some frozen fruit to make it so super yummy. My blender just hangs out on my counter and it always reminds me how quick I can make a balanced meal. I also make healthy protein bars with my protein powder. I can make one batch and it last me over one and a half weeks...takes me about 5-10 minutes to make and I always find time for that..... I will put recipe on the bottom......

When it comes to budget you can do 2 shakes a day with added fiber and the cost is $2 a shake....I have looked around and there is no way to get a healthy balanced meal for that price.....just saying

Here is how I make the protein bars; I also add cranberries to mine, or even gluten free rice krispies

Ingredients:
• 2 cups organic peanut butter
• 1 ¾ cups honey or agave nectar
• 2 ¼ cups Arbonne Essentials™ Protein Shake Mix powder*
• 3 cups rolled oats
Instructions:
1. Mix peanut butter and honey in a microwaveable bowl.
2. Heat for 60–90 seconds. Mix well.
3. Add Protein Shake Mix powder and mix well.
4. Add rolled oats and mix gently.
5. Spread in a 9x13 pan.
6. Refrigerate 1 hour.
7. Cut into 24 squares.

Starting some where

So I was told I need to start blogging because I talk too much on Facebook....lol....well I do have a ton on my mind.

I'm currently going in a few different directions.

First one......RKC.... (google it)I want to help people move better and build strength without destroying their bodies. I have a dream of a small strength workshop to call my own. I am currently working out of my garage and I have about 12 clients just with Kettlebells alone.....that is not including all my wonderful boot campers that see me 3-5 days a week at my neighborhood playpark Tuesdays and Thursday nights at 7:30pm Tuesday and Friday mornings at 5:30am and Saturday Mornings at 8am. (also worrying what I will do with my campers once it get cold, chime in if you have any ideas) I don't need to much space just something that I can heat and cool and feel legit.

Second one....ARBONNE.....in order to survive as a new up and coming RKC instructor I need FUNDS....I'm putting all my eggs into the Arbonne basket. I believe in the company and their health and wellness products are top of the line. Vegan and no animal by products, aspartame, soy, whey, artificial flavors or sweetners......I can go on and on....but I won't. I want to spread the oppurtunity and have people join my team to help me build my empire of greatness. It's not easy to do but my thought is..."if it were easy it would be sleasy" and I for sure don't want to be selling or promoting anything that would give me a bad name...so I will just work my BUTT off to make it work.....also prove to people it is far more important to get healthy to lose weight not lose weight to get healthy!

Third one.....(which is actully and few piled on to eachother) I'm still working at the doctor's office. I did go from full time 5 days a week 8 hours a day to 3 days a week 8 hours a day. I don't mind it but the entire time I am at the office my mind is on bells and Arbonne and I'm just wishing I was teaching movement instead. I am also a mother and a wife and have to keep up with the normal duties I have at home......I can go on but I don't want this to sound like a pity party....I love my life....


So I will start blogging about ideas and thoughts I have and try and limit the feed on my facebook to random check ins and random thoughts......

Please let me know if there are any topics you want me to address or research that you have been curious about. I love to find the truth for you in this quick fix diets that say you can lose 90lbs in 90 days.....which by the way is not all that healthy....so till next time........Laura Dill RKC, Independent consultant district manager and mommy and wife signing off
